SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Customer Service Representatives for a global supply chain company in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The premise of this role is providing efficient and accurate information to both internal and external company customers by utilizing their knowledge of the company products and programs as well as team members within the Customer Care Department. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $18/hr. as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Available shifts include 8am-5pm Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
  • Monitor wave performance and make adjustments as needed to meet changing demands in order to meet customer SLAS.
  • Resolve issues interfering with on-time completion of orders.
  • Communicate/escalate issues.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with operations to ensure inventory is correctly allocated for outbound orders.
  • Ensure that inventory is properly allocated to meet wave plans and customer demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance warehouse operations and streamline workflows.
  • Communicate with client services n issues of non workable orders. Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to wave planning and order fulfillment.
  • Identify possible bottlenecks and solve them before the escalate.
  • Work as a point of contact with the operation team when there are problems with orders, systems and material.
  • Actively engaged with process optimization and suggestion improvements.
  • Other duties may be assigned by manager.
Customer Service Representative Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma; or related field preferred but not required
  • Previous experience handling office responsibilities and is proficient with their computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Extensive and demonstrable experience in the use of Excel and SAP's
  • Experience in production/logistics processes, preferably in contract logistics.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high volume warehouse environment.
  • Strong analytical skills.
