Join our team, one of the nation's most respected air medical transport providers, and become a critical member of our life-saving team in Phoenix, Arizona.As a Flight Nurse, you'll operate on the front lines of emergency care-delivering rapid, advanced, and compassionate medical treatment to critically ill and injured patients in some of the most challenging and urgent situations imaginable. This is more than a job-it's a calling to make a tangible difference when it matters most.What You'll Do:As a vital member of our flight team, you will:Perform advanced critical care assessments, interventions, and treatments during air and/or ground transport.Provide high-quality, compassionate care while adhering to clinical protocols and safety standards.Accurately document patient care records and billing details to support continuity and compliance.Maintain strong communication with patients, medical teams, and operational leadership.Participate in marketing, PR events, and community outreach efforts.Continuously improve through clinical training, education, skills labs, and simulations.Ensure personal readiness by completing annual competencies and maintaining all licensure and certifications.Operate within the scope of practice under the program's Medical Director and clinical leadership.Schedule & Base Location:Phoenix, AZSchedule: 24 hrs on / 24 hrs off / 24 hrs on / 5 days offWhat We're Looking For:Active RN license in the state of Arizona (or ability to obtain).Minimum 3 years of recent critical care or emergency experience (5 years preferred).Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNATC, TNCC, ITLS, or PHTLS.NRP preferred; Instructor credentials a plus.CFRN required within 24 months of hire.Prior flight or transport experience preferred.Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.Ability to operate in high-stress environments with professionalism and precision.Must meet company flight weight standards (? 235 lbs fully suited).Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs; pass pre-employment physical, functional exam, and drug screening.Basic computer and electronic charting skills.What You'll Get in Return:Competitive compensation: $28.73-$41.01 per hour
