GLO Resources is currently hiring an Executive Assistant / Office Manager for a dynamic marketing firm in Baton Rouge, LA. The pay is $18 per hour, and schedule is Monday through Thursday in office and Fridays work from home.Position Summary:This role supports the CEO directly and plays a key part in managing client relations, office operations, and executive scheduling.Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the direct assistant to the CEO
  • Manage calendars for the CEO and CYE
  • Lead client communications, including email correspondence and follow-ups
  • Coordinate tasks and track deliverables on behalf of clients and the CEO
  • Make calls and send communications on behalf of CYE
  • Maintain office accommodations and report needs to the CEO
  • Schedule and manage guest appearances for CYS
  • Complete detailed CYS and C-Suite Rundown documentation
  • Follow up on meeting requests and deliverables via email
  • Be available for after-hours client needs
  • Provide support to internal team members as needed
  • May be assigned other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in executive support or office management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Comfortable with fast-paced environments and shifting priorities
Physical Requirements:This position involves regular physical activity, including:
  • Sitting for prolonged periods
  • Occasional standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 25 pounds)
  • Frequent use of computers and office equipment
  • Ability to bend, reach, and move throughout the office as needed
