This, along with our rapid growth, means accelerated promotion opportunities for every motivated Fresh Ideas team member!Job SummaryFRESH IDEAS is hiring a growth-minded District Manager to lead multiple College and University dining accounts across the midwest (primarily Nebraska, Kansas and South Dakota), requiring regular travel. You will manage and lead a team of General Managers and Directors of Dining Services. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to our guests is of superior quality.What You'll Do:
Lead & Inspire: Motivate on-site teams to deliver outstanding dining experiences.
Build Strategic Partnerships: Foster strong client relationships and drive key performance indicators, including profitability, engagement, and safety.
Drive Innovation & Growth: Leverage Compass Group's industry-leading tools to enhance service and ensure long-term client retention.
Strategize for Success: Develop and implement strategic plans that align with client needs and company objectives.
Ensure Compliance & Excellence: Uphold state and local regulations while maintaining top-tier quality andKey Responsibilities:
  • Monitors the overall financial performance of the accounts to ensure profitability
  • Ensures consistent and fair administration of personnel policies
  • Manages planning, budget analysis and reporting for the region
  • Participates in the sales process to grow the region
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BS Degree preferred
  • Five to seven years of contract foodservice management experience
  • Higher Education background preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Financial acumen
  • Multi-unit experience is preferred
