This role is key to ensuring efficient processes, exceptional patient experiences, and compliance with all regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership skills, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of therapy services in post-acute and senior living environments.Key Responsibilities
  • Direct daily internal office operations to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Oversee patient onboarding, scheduling, and continuity of care.
  • Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to drive efficiency.
  • Track performance metrics and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations.
  • Hire, train, and mentor office staff to achieve high performance.
  • Serve as primary contact for patients, families, and referral partners.
  • Promote quality outcomes and patient satisfaction across all services.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Licensed therapist (PT, OT, or SLP) preferred; strong background in therapy operations required.
  • 3–5+ years of clinical operations management, preferably in therapy services or senior care.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in EMR systems, scheduling, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support site operations.
