- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
- The Client Master Business Analyst - is part of the Product team and work directly with Client Master PO and aligned to the Product roadmap deliverables
- Analyzes current state of Client Master product integrations in order to define future state modernized business processes
- Conduit between the technical partners and the Client Master Data Stewards
- Engage business and technical partners to plan development breakthroughs, release artifacts and updating existing operating models
- Organize business and functional requirements into EPIC, stories and maintain product backlog.
- Function as Proxy PO as situation arises to support PO on various Agile activities.
- Work closely with Product Manager and Business to prioritize business and information needs
- Communicate effectively, both orally and written, to varied levels of the organization to include technical personnel, business managers, and senior leadership
- Managing independently assigned projects, through the life cycle from initiation to closing
- Providing analytical and reporting capabilities to support decision making by the COE's partners
- Participating meaningfully as a core member of one or more agile squads, including attending daily stand-up, grooming sessions and other agile ceremonies, documenting user stories, and tracking and reporting on relevant project metrics
- Participate in conducting interviews with subject matter experts (functional/technical), sponsors, and participating organizations prior to and during business architecture development
- Build and document architecture models/artifacts that provide mappings between users, systems, platforms and business functions
- Refines and documents scope of project deliverables
- Develops functional business requirements in collaboration with Data Stewards, Product and Operations teams and presents at Product demos
- Documents actionable business requirements by creating Jira stories
- Works with AD to further refine requirements that have been captured and ensures story meets the definition of done
- Understands priority for delivery and is able to achieve agreement with Business and Technology
- Conducts review sessions with subject matter experts (functional/technical) turning session feedback into groomed stories for Agile Development Delivery
- Produce training materials and comprehensive product documentation
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Demonstrate business analysis and/or process improvement skills necessary to provide business-engineering, analytical, and architectural services to transition business requirements into enterprise solutions
- Expertise in financial services and specifically in Client Reference data is preferred
- Experience working in Agile environment and basic knowledge of the Jira tool.
- Strong written/oral communication and presentation skills.
- Project management experience is a plus and to collaborate and build relationships between cross-functional groups.
