We are seeking a passionate Project Manager with a specialty in healthcare solutions and operations to support our continued growth and commitment to a positive employee experience. Job Summary:Job Title: Project ManagerReporting to: CMO Responsibilities:1. Assist project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables;2. Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects, such as EMR adoption and transition, practice management software analysis, Healthcare tech solutions, Integration with external vendors, RCM optimization, Data reporting and establishing data structure, help optimize operational workflows and automate them;3. Support, coordination, and management of project tasks and deliverables;4. Data analysis;5. Tracking and reporting project progress;6. Weekly reporting for multispecialty healthcare operations;7. Manage all interdepartmental initiatives to ensure corresponding divisions comply with needed data, staff, training or needed support;8. Manage administrative logistics of onboarding of all new practices; and9. Support all ad hoc projects as they arise. Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering Management or closely related field; and three (3) years of experience in offered or similar position. Stated experience must include experience with healthcare solutions and operations.
