Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)***Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***We are seeking a groundskeeper for our 337-unit apartment community in Deep Ellum - one of Dallas's most diverse and eclectic walkable historic neighborhoods!   • Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
Responsibilities
  • Walking the property grounds and common areas
  • Picking up trash and debris
  • Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies
  • Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/or Assistant Community Manager.
