- Average Total Compensation $70,000- $100,000
- Nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NCSF, NSCA, IFPA, ETC)
- CPR certification (required)
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Desire to lead and grow within a team
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Passion for fitness and helping others
- Outgoing, professional, and coachable
- Sales or fitness leadership experience preferred
- Availability to work a 4-hour weekend day shift
