You'll be the right hand to our Landscape Manager, helping to keep our operations running smoothly and ensuring we deliver top-quality service to our clients.What You'll Do:This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You'll be a leader, a mentor, and a problem-solver all in one.Lead from the front: You'll be a key part of our field operations, riding with crews to train, mentor, and ensure they have everything they need to succeed.Be a strategic thinker: You'll help prep materials, map out jobs, and create schedules to ensure our projects are efficient and on track.Solve problems on the spot: You'll be the go-to person for our crews, helping them with day-to-day challenges and making sure everyone stays safe and on schedule.Help us grow: You'll play a vital role in keeping our customers happy, responding to their needs, and maintaining our reputation for excellence.Who We're Looking For:You're a natural leader with a proactive approach.You have a minimum of a 2-year degree in a green industry field (like horticulture, landscape design, or turf management) or equivalent experience as an apprentice or crew leader.You're experienced in landscaping, comfortable with equipment like mowers and trimmers, and able to jump in and help your team when needed.You have a valid driver's license.You're customer-focused and have excellent communication skills.You're a stickler for safety and always put the well-being of your team first.
