- Execute a results-driven social media strategy to meet the goals of growth, engagement and sales.
- Develop compelling posts, photos, videos and related content for social media channels highlighting programs and activities of The Jones Center as well as our nonprofit affiliates and program partners.
- Create and post content daily, maintain social media content calendars, monitor analytics, and review results with Marketing Director.
- Proficient with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML.
- Exhibit a passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools.
- Stay abreast of new trends in social media to help keep the social media channels relevant and fresh.
- Customer service skills required for interaction with users and responses to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
- Available to work outside of typical business hours to capture content and provide important updates.
- Oversee a community outreach calendar that provides a marketing presence at community booths and expos around Northwest Arkansas. This entails researching and choosing events that fit our mission and goals, organizing materials needed and scheduling outreach staff.
- Work with staff and volunteers to prepare for outreach events. Provide training and information needed to successfully represent the organization and promote our activities.
- Coordinate poster and material distribution throughout the community. Maintain a postering list and coordinate a street team.
- Create and manage community partnerships with help from Director of Marketing. Will develop relationships and execute trades or promotions to increase the organization's visibility throughout NWA.
- Order marketing collateral for community booths and expos. Keep an inventory of promotional items and organizational assets (tables, tablecloths, banners, etc).
- Available to periodically work nights and weekends at offsite community events as well as internal programs and events when needed.
- Provide strong daily administrative support, including file and digital asset management, calendaring and inventorying, invoice payment, and analysis of marketing campaigns.
- Assist with copywriting and editing for communications materials. Will contribute on development and refining of content for brochures, ads, promotional eblasts, signage & more.
- Actively collaborate with marketing team and organization staff on new ideas and promotional opportunities.
- Superior interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills required.
- Spanish or Marshallese language proficiency a plus.
- Self-motivated, detailed oriented, creative, and critical thinker who functions well on a fast-paced team.
- Excellent time management skills. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate in a measured and professional manner with staff, guests, community contacts and social media followers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) preferred.
- Photography/video editing skills preferred.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Digital/New Media, or related area preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- At least 2 years of Marketing, Advertising or Communication experience or in a similar role.
- Experience crafting compelling content and campaigns for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

- Ability to remain stationary, occasionally standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
- Ability to lift 15 pounds occasionally.
