Oversee all quality directives and work cross functionally with production and process engineering teams
Lead all internal and external audits with an emphasis on ISO9001Deliver exceptional internal and external
Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service by investigating and resolving quality-related issues and complaints.
Supervise inspection and testing personnel to ensure high productivity and technical accuracy.
Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to define quality standards and establish reliability expectations for finished products.
Provide teams with technical guidance and statistical expertise.
Establish, document, and maintain quality control standards and ongoing objectives.
Collaborate with production and plant management teams to align quality goals with manufacturing processes, enhancing product reliability and reducing costs.
Develop, document, and implement inspection procedures and criteria.
Communicate quality control principles and strategies to key company personnel.
Manage and oversee product inspections throughout the production cycle.
Utilize Total Quality Management (TQM) tools and methodologies in analysis and reporting.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure the quality of purchased components and materials.
Lead the design and implementation of environmental testing functions and applications.
Actively contribute to internal Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.
Design, develop, and deliver training programs focused on quality control processes and best practices.

Salary ranging from 100-130k depending on experience
