- Developing Project Plans: Assist in outlining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitoring Project Progress: Track risks, issues, and action items to ensure timely and effective project execution.
- Creating Status Reports: Develop and maintain status reports and dashboards, synthesize project progress, highlight roadblocks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinating Communications: Facilitate meetings and communications between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
- Drive Problem Solving: Experience with quality and problem tools (e.g., structured problem-solving methods, 5 WHY, Fishbone diagrams, 8D, DFMEA, etc.)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with related departments (such as design engineering, supply chain, manufacturing etc.) to plan and execute the development of internal/external customer facing programs.
- Use project management tools to create project timelines, communicate key engineering tasks, requirements, track progress, and publish critical information promptly.
- Occasional travel both domestically and internationally.
- BS in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering field.
- 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical thinking to identify critical paths, dependencies, and risks in projects.
- Collaborative teamwork skills for effective cross-functional engagement.
- Strong knowledge of program management tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Atlassian, or equivalent).
- Experience supporting or leading cross-functional projects in a fast-paced technical environment.
- Flexible and can-do attitude.
- Exposure to APQP/PPAP, NPI, or stage-gate processes.
- Familiarity with metrics tracking for throughput, yield, and operational KPIs.Certificate in Project Management.
