Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 annually + full benefits packagePrimary Responsibilities:
- Develop customized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions for individuals, families, couples, and groups.
- Collaborate with other professionals to provide client-centered care.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with legal standards.
- Stay informed about new trends in mental health through workshops and training.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active New York State license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
- At least two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.
- Specialization in trauma, substance use, or family counseling preferred.
- Familiarity with ethical and legal guidelines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
