  • Implement global product portfolio strategy at the regional level to support GPPM on product portfolio management. 10%
  • Drive profitability improvements with Cost of Goods management, low margin & negative margin management. 25%
  • Initiate and monitor the MOC projects for raw materials replacements, raw material dual sourcing, BCP and localization at regional level to maintain existing business, support MFO projects and other AO projects. 20%
  • Drive value adding collaboration with cross-functional team including Supply chain, Operation, Quality, PS&RA, Product Compliance, AD etc. to better support business and address the product issues, such as critical supply shortages, quality issues and product compliance issues etc. 20%
  • Manage product lifecycle, including product classification, product sampling approval, product complexity reduction, product discontinuation and PCN (Product Change Notification). 10%
  • Support new product launch with IDH creation, product label artwork designing etc. 10% Support other special projects, such as anti-counterfeiting etc. 5%

The salary for this role is $104000.00 - $120000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
