Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator
Location: Menomonee Falls, WIMulti-Fab Products and Nova Technology, this past year, merged into one company, bringing their 40+ years of experience with loading dock equipment. Both companies share the same mission to provide the highest quality products and solutions that surpass the evolving needs of their customers. They manufacture and sell a complete line of aftermarket parts, specialty door parts, and accessories for all major manufacturers of loading dock equipment. The corporate headquarters is located in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, and houses research and development, a technical support call center, manufacturing, along a distribution facility.They are on the hunt for a Supply Chain Coordinator who will join the team on-site. A successful candidate will be expected to perform Demand Planning and other S&OP activities for all product lines, and monitor inventory levels and expedite production along with supplier requirements as required.What You’ll Do
- Monitor inventory levels and expedite production and supplier requirements as required
- Place new orders per requisitions and schedule/reschedule open orders to align with production needs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare inventory, financial, and statistical analysis utilizing ERP and Microsoft analytical tools or the cycle count process
- Perform monthly Safety Stock and re-order point review, and recommend changes
- Research Master Data issues and offer resolutions
- Participate in Service Part Life Cycle management processes
- Research problem orders and resolve issues
- Assist with inventory and parts-related issues
- Experience in a high-volume customer assistance environment
- Experience in and/or exposure to ERP S&OP and Demand Planning processes
- 3+ years of experience in inventory, purchasing, and/or production control
- Required HS Diploma, preferred Associates or Bachelor's degree, or an APICS or CSCP certification
