  • collaborating with the design and development teams to create project plans and time lines
  • overseeing all construction activities, including hiring and managing subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
  • Ensuring compliance with all local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Monitoring project budgets and financial performance, making adjustments as needed to maintain profitability
  • Providing regular progress updates to stakeholders, including senior management and clients
  • Conducting quality inspections to ensure that work meets my client's standards

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a PM in high- end residential construction with a track record of successful project completions
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Experience with High- End Residential projects
