- Hospital specific and float about every 18 weeks between units in which accept Nurse Techs.
- Pay rate: $23.95, no benefits

The Nursing Technician is a student enrolled in a Registered Nurse program at an accredited school and has completed at least one academic term, which included a clinical component or an individual who has completed the Registered Nurse course of study and is awaiting the results of their NCLEX exams. The Nursing Technician is responsible for providing direct patient care applying current health concepts and performing routine duties to the level of academic competence accomplished in the individuals educational program(s) under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse. This is an entry level nursing position requiring knowledge, judgment, and skill based upon the principles of biological, physiological, behavioral and sociological sciences.Minimum Requirements:Education/Licenses/Certifications:
- Current enrolled as a student in accredited school preparing persons to practice as a Registered Nurse and completed at least one academic term which included a clinical component /OR Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing awaiting results of licensing exam for Registered Nurse, but no longer than 30 days past graduation
- Documentation of current clinical competencies from completed Nursing School course work
- Current State of Washington Nursing Technician Registered credential
- Current Health Care Provider level CPR certification
