You will work closely with client stakeholders to identify opportunities, design solutions, and drive implementation, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to practice development.
  • Lead client engagements focused on supply chain strategy, operations improvement, and transformation initiatives.
  • Apply supply chain best practices, frameworks, and analytical tools to drive measurable results.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to identify operational inefficiencies and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to implement solutions and ensure sustainable change.
  • Support business development efforts through proposal development and client relationship management.
  • Mentor and coach consultants and analysts on project delivery and professional growth.
What you should bring
  • MBA or Master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in a supply chain consulting role.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain strategy, operations, and performance improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with analyzing and diagnosing performance data.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 80%).
