Our success is built on technical expertise, trusted relationships, and personalized support.We’re growing and looking for a professional, motivated Outside Sales Representative / Account Manager to join our team in the Vermont/Northern NY border territory. You must reside in Vermont to be considered. HVAC experience is not required — if you have a strong background in professional sales and a willingness to learn, we will provide full training and support to help you succeed.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, and HVAC distributors
- Promote and sell products from our respected manufacturer partners
- Deliver product presentations and provide customer support
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory
- Negotiate pricing and close sales
- Track activity and manage customer relationships using a CRM
- Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge (training provided)
- Collaborate with internal team and manufacturer partners to meet territory goals
- Proven experience in outside or B2B sales (industry experience a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational habits
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Must live in Vermont and be able to travel throughout the territory
- Valid driver’s license
