- Possess strong customer service and public relation skills and be able to interact well with people of diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Provides administrative support functions for the Operations team.
- Takes direction from the Operations managers and determines the necessary service requirements to fulfill the contractual responsibilities with our client base.
- Coordinate services and operational and administrative support needs.
- Utilize our scheduling software to track employee work schedules and to fill open positions due to call offs or requests for additional coverage.
- Troubleshoot emerging client service issues.
- Collaborate with personnel and Operations managers to ensure deadlines are completed on time and within the scope of work.
- Work consistently with Operations Managers to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.
- Directing/routing calls to the appropriate department or personal voice mails.
- Ability to use Window based programs.
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and email).
- Ability to multi-task during the work shift.
- Willingness and ability to work weekends, holidays, and cover additional shifts as required by company needs.
- All other duties, as assigned.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Prior Supervisory experience in the security industry or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle all situations and make quick decisions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
