- Strategic Business Partnership: Act as the primary finance partner for Operations, Supply Chain, and CI teams, providing insights and guidance to drive performance and efficiency.
- Financial Leadership: Own planning, forecasting, and performance management for assigned functions; lead financial reviews and scenario planning.
- Cost & Value Optimization: Identify and lead initiatives to improve cost structure, productivity, and ROI across manufacturing and supply chain.
- Commercial Finance Support: Partner with Commercial teams on pricing strategy, margin analysis, and customer profitability as the role evolves.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Collaborate with BI, Controllership, and functional leaders to align financial goals with business strategy.
- Strategic Projects: Lead or support initiatives such as footprint optimization, capital investment planning, and enterprise transformation.
- Executive Insights: Deliver clear, actionable insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions and long-range planning.
- Process Improvement: Drive enhancements in financial processes, tools, and reporting infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience with 3-5 years in FP&A, operations finance, or strategic finance roles.
- Strong financial modeling, scenario planning, and business case development skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or commercial finance environments.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
- You are the go-to finance partner for Operations and CI, driving measurable improvements in cost, efficiency, and decision-making.
- You've built strong relationships across Commercial, CI, and Controllership, enabling integrated financial planning and execution.
- You've led or influenced strategic initiatives that improved business performance and long-term value.
- You've helped evolve the FP&A function into a proactive, insight-driven business partner team.
