This is your chance to join a fast-paced, thriving company where professionalism and reliability drive results every day!Responsibilities:· Safely operate a company or personal vehicle to deliver cannabis orders within assigned delivery zones.· Verify order contents before departure and confirm accuracy with customers upon delivery.· Follow efficient routes and adapt to real-time traffic or scheduling changes as needed.· Complete multiple deliveries per shift while maintaining punctuality and professionalism.· Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and respectful demeanor at every interaction.· Serve as a positive representative of our brand and uphold our reputation for reliability and discretion.· Maintain constant communication with dispatch and management regarding delivery updates, delays, or issues.· Follow all state and local cannabis delivery laws and company compliance protocols without exception.· Securely transport cannabis products and maintain accurate delivery logs and compliance documentation.· Process electronic and cash payments using company-approved systems with precision and security.· Handle receipts and financial records according to company cash-handling procedures.· Support a safe, organized, and professional work environment both in-vehicle and on-site.· Assist with general delivery operations, route planning, and customer follow-ups when needed.Requirements:· Must be 21 years of age or older, in compliance with state cannabis regulations.· Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years).· Proof of full-coverage auto insurance (required for drivers using personal vehicles).· Previous delivery driving experience or customer-facing role preferred, but not required.· Strong familiarity with GPS navigation apps like Google Maps or Waze.· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervisions.· Professional demeanor with excellent communication and customer service skills.· Comfortable handling cash and mobile payment transactions securely and accurately.· Ability to pass a background check as required by California cannabis laws.· Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs, and walk, stand, or sit for extended periods.· Tech-savy and comfortable using mobile apps for deliveries, compliance, and communication.· Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Skills & Knowledge:· Familiarity with GPS and navigation tools.· Excellent time management and multitasking skills.· Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.· Ability to work independently while adhering to procedures.· Customer-focused mindset and professional appearance.What We Offer:· Competitive hourly pay with real growth potential.· Flexible scheduling with part-time or full-time hours.· Creative freedom to pitch and execute content ideas.· Chance to work in a fun, fast-paced retail environment.· Team support - you'll work alongside another content creator, so you're never on your own.Job Type: Full-TimePay: $19.65 - $22.00, based on experienceBenefits:· Flexible schedule· Health insurance· Vision insurance· Dental insurance· Retirement plan· Discount on productsDisclaimer:Off the Charts is an equal employment opportunity employer.
