The Project Coordinator will act as the bridge between our sales team, clients, and production crews, ensuring every detail of each project is properly managed from start to finish. This is a client-facing role requiring strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.A Day in the Life
- Start your morning by reviewing scheduled jobs and confirming details with the sales and production teams.
- Call homeowners to confirm colors, start times, and any special requests.
- Check in with painting crews during the day to ensure projects are on schedule and materials are ready.
- Visit an active job site to answer client questions and ensure the quality meets our standards.
- Conduct an end-of-day walk-through with a homeowner, confirming touch-ups and ensuring they’re delighted with the results.
- Wrap up by updating job notes, sending any needed info to accounting, and preparing tomorrow’s schedule.
- Collaborate with the sales team to confirm colors, finishes, scope of work, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate scheduling with painters and clients to align expectations and timelines.
- Serve as the client’s primary point of contact throughout the project.
- Oversee projects to ensure they meet quality, budget, and timeline goals.
- Conduct final project walk-throughs with clients, ensuring all scope and touch-ups are completed.
- Facilitate project closeout with accounting, including documentation and collections follow-up.
- Experience in project coordination, customer service, or construction/painting management preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
