What You’ll Do
Develop and execute retail branding strategies for a new consumer-facing brand
Lead R&D initiatives in a culinary/laboratory environment
Collaborate with sales and operations to drive nationwide market growth
Manage the commercialization process—from bench samples to store shelves
Deliver compelling customer presentations to showcase new products
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years in poultry manufacturing (preferred) or food/general manufacturing
Experience in R&D, laboratory operations, and food safety (HACCP, GMP, SQF)
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field (preferred)
Hands-on knowledge of bench sample and commercialization processes
Ability to conduct impactful customer presentations
