- Developing, implementing, and managing all health and safety compliance systems and procedures, ensuring compliance with OHA, OSBN, COA, CCNE, and clinical partners.
- Developing and managing credentialing processes and onboarding of students and faculty.
- Managing students' competency tracking records.
- Analyzing and resolving complex issues and developing process improvement.
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of policies and processes related to College of Nursing's clinical programs and services.
- Analyzing data and developing reports for clinical partners, state and national regulatory/accrediting bodies related to clinical compliance and clinical placement.
- Using multiple technical applications, including word processing, database management, spreadsheets, graphics, presentation software, electronic calendars, email, etc
- Prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously, and providing follow-through on issues in a timely manner.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality and evaluating results of compliance documents.
- Maintaining accurate historical records of student and faculty clinical placement.
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the College of Nursing.
- Communicating effectively and courteously with others, including employees, students, and the public, in a spirit of teamwork, respect, and customer service.
- By actions, words, and lifestyle, be a Christian role model to students, whether through casual contact or in a formal supervisory role.
- Demonstrating awareness, respect, and appreciation for diversity of culture, background, race, sex, political views, expressions of faith, etc., and works well with a variety of people.
- Other duties as assigned.
- The ability to work independently on projects and produce exemplary work.
- A minimum of five years administrative operations or project management experience.
- The ability to demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

- Higher education administrative operations experience.
- Clinical placement or credentialing experience.
- Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week, 12 months of the yar (1.0 FTE)
- Primary Work Location: Portland Center Campus (Tigard, OR)
- Working Conditions: Physical requirements are similar to those of normal office and clinical environments.
