June - OctoberAs a member of our Maintenance Team, your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough property inspections and resolve any maintenance issues before each guest's arrival. You’ll also be responsible for completing maintenance requests during a guest's stay and preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring each property is kept in top-notch condition.Who We’re Looking For:We are looking for a maintenance expert to work seasonally, who is personable, professional, and proactive. You must identify and address maintenance issues before they escalate and can think on your feet when problem-solving. This is a great opportunity for those looking for part time, seasonal work!What Your Day Will Be Like:Your typical day on our maintenance team will involve reporting to your supervisor to receive your daily tasks. Depending on the day, you could be called upon to tackle everything from changing shower valves to troubleshooting things like WiFi connections and appliance repairs.You'll fit right in if you aim to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your skills and building strong professional relationships with a successful company.RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform detailed inspections of properties to proactively identify and address potential issues, maintaining a high standard of property care and guest experience.
  • Perform various maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical repairs, and carpentry.
  • Troubleshoot and repair common household appliances and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Act promptly to address and resolve maintenance issues and emergencies, using strong problem-solving skills to ensure minimal impact on a guest's stay.
  • Interact professionally and courteously with guests to address their maintenance concerns.
  • Follow our safety standards and quality control in all maintenance activities, ensuring a secure and well-maintained environment for guests and staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in general residential maintenance as a property maintenance technician or similar role is required.
  • Must have a clean, neat appearance with good verbal and written skills.
  • Able to communicate with guests professionally and report maintenance statuses to team members.
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to respond to after-hour calls if needed.
  • Able to meet the physical requirements of the role, including being able to lift to 50lb
  • Must have a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and a smartphone to use during work.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:Hourly Wage: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience and achievementSchedule: Seasonal Opportunities Available - Friday, Saturday and Sundays - June through October
