- The ideal candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate scenarios.
- Support the execution of operational risk assessments and thematic reviews, helping to identify operational risks within business processes and systems.
- Help evaluate and oversee the adequacy and effectiveness of risk management practices, controls, and processes across the businesses.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing key risk indicators and developing reporting insights, including the aggregation and communication of operational risk reporting.
- Help maintain risk dashboards, monitor key risk indicators (KRIs), and assist in compiling thematic risk reports to provide actionable insights on emerging trends and systemic risks.
- Contribute to cross-functional risk initiatives that strengthen risk governance and oversight, including project management responsibilities.

- Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Finance, Economics, Business, Risk Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Master's degree candidates with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a team-oriented, matrix organization.
- A keen interest in operational risk management, governance, issues management, and auditing/assessing internal controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with financial services or related industries is advantageous but not required.
- Experience with data analysis tools (Tableau, SQL, etc.) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- More than one year of prior corporate work experience is a plus.
