- Establish effective partnership with managers to coach them on talent management and general employee relations items to increase leadership capabilities
- Facilitate the Talent Review Process and drive the subsequent action plans to ensure our talent strategies are aligned with operational goals
- Identify key roles and develop effective succession strategies, including specific Individual Development Plans for high-potential employees
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify drivers of turnover and implement retention strategies
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance the employee experience and increase eNPS
- Drive HR initiatives such as performance appraisal process, roll out of employee resource groups and engagement surveys and action plans within the business unit as project lead
- Provide a broad range of consultative services to all levels of employees regarding policies and procedures, employee relation concerns, and employee development needs
- Partner with EDG Recruiting Manager and local managers in the full cycle recruiting and onboarding process
- Train and drive use of Culligan Interview Process with managers
- Conduct interviews and debrief sessions for candidate feedback
- Continually provide input to evaluate and enhance the tools, systems and process for attracting and retaining talent for the team
- Maintain benchmark of compensation in the labor market and identify ways to remain competitive
- Ensure manager and employee compliance with company policies and procedures and act as the subject matter expert on compliance with regards to state-specific employment laws and regulations
- Lead the culture and talent-related elements of M&A due diligence and integration of acquired businesses
- Support the ongoing roll-out of Culligan University training pillars and annual compliance-related trainings
- Expected travel: 25%
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5- 8 years of progressive HR experience
- 2+ years of previous management experience
- Experience supporting multi-location employee base
- Proficient with Microsoft office applications, LMS, ATS and HRIS, preferably UltiPro
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Knowledge of state and federal labor laws and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.
