Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and providing a welcoming presence while assisting with inquiries and directions. You will help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a visible and approachable demeanor, while also responding promptly to any concerns or requests.   • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
  • Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, visitor logs, and incident reports as required.
  • Assist with emergency response activities as directed, coordinating with building management and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.
  • Communicate professionally with building staff, tenants, and visitors to address inquiries and provide information as needed.
  • Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity by maintaining a visible presence at the front desk.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
