- drive business growth, key performance indicators and the key pillars of our “Guide to Growth” across the division
- assist in the development and execution of sales strategies, new product launches and key initiatives
- align and prioritize sales activities and divisional resources around companywide initiatives and the needs of the field
- partner with divisional consultants and sales desks to deliver our best to the field
- build relationships and create an effective bridge between branch managers and the home office, providing a continuous feedback loop
- help drive retention efforts of financial advisors, including developing a structured coaching program and establishing a process to help identify and achieve their growth and productivity needs
- ideally 3 years of experience in a leading financial institution, focused on field leadership and financial advisors
- strong knowledge of markets and wealth management products
- series 7, 66 and willing to get 9/10 within 6 months of your start date
- able to proactively drive sales and business development
- great communication skills and proven relationship builder and manager
- willing to collaborate and grow with your peers, sharing sales best practices and successes to bring everyone to the next level (you thrive on a team)
