The Sr. Manager leads the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, client acquisition, and revenue growth. This role is pivotal in shaping creative strategy and messaging across paid and owned channels, managing in-season advertising content, and accelerating organic content performance. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in cross-functional collaboration, creative planning, and content development across multiple channels, including TV, audio, digital, retail, email and web.   • Partner with Consumer Insights team to develop a deep understanding of our consumers across different personas - leveraging insights into action through marketing plans and messaging strategy.
  • Support development of creative strategy and planning for brand and product campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and audience insights.
  • Support the development of the messaging strategy and integrated communications planning in collaboration with channel leads.
  • Lead in-season advertising content development with internal creative team and external agency partners.
  • Lead tentpole planning and execution for high-impact brand moments.
  • Consult on creative development of content across owned channels.
  • Support the development and execution of a cross-channel organic content plan that drives search authority and site traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze creative performance metrics to optimize effectiveness and inform future strategy.
  • Mentor direct reports and support their career development, modeling Company leadership values.
What you'll bring to the team...:Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Work Experience:
  • Proven experience in creative strategy and campaign planning.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience developing content across multiple channels.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and manage cross-functional initiatives end to end with excellence.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Willingness and ability to embrace new technologies.
  • Openness to diverse perspectives and a willingness to learn from others.

  • Experience with SEO content development.
  • Experience in a large matrixed marketing organization.
  • Experience with franchised, multi-unit retail, financial services and/or seasonal businesses.

Pay Range Information: The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan. Pay Range: $101,200.00 - $161,900.00/Yr.
