- Oversee hosted events, (i.e. Kids camp) ensuring 24/7 medical support and recruiting necessary personnel.

- Bachelors required.
- Master's degree or equivalent required in business, social sciences, health, or relevant field preferred.
- Knowledge of operational management with the ability to coach staff, manage and develop high-performance teams, set, and achieve strategic objectives and manage a budget required.
- Knowledge of rare diseases /bleeding disorders preferred.
- Knowledge of 340B funding preferred.
- Five years of supervisory experience.
- Experience effectively leading and scaling a performance and outcomes-based organization and staff; ability to point to specific examples of having developed and operationalized strategies required.
- Past success working with a Board of Directors and experience successfully cultivating existing board member relationships required.
- Experience managing expectations of stakeholders including Board, industry sponsors, and national and state bleeding disorders organizations including successfully and quickly triaging issues as they arise and managing shifting priorities, required.
- Experience with HTC operations preferred.
