Respiratory Therapist- Contract Role

• Assess and evaluate patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders.
• Develop and implement respiratory care plans based on patient assessments.
• Administer treatments and therapies, such as oxygen therapy, nebulization, and chest physiotherapy.
• Monitor and adjust ventilator settings for patients requiring mechanical ventilation.
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory conditions and self-care techniques.

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy.
• State licensure or certification as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT).
• Experience: Minimum of 1 2 years of clinical experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Strong knowledge of respiratory medications, equipment, and therapies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in emergency situations.
