- Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound efforts (calls, emails, networking, social outreach, etc.).
- Develop a deep understanding of Leonardo247’s solutions and the needs of multifamily industry clients.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
- Use CRM tools to meticulously track outreach, pipeline development, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Stay on top of industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving client challenges.
- Hunter mentality: You don’t wait for leads—you create them.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a strong track record of exceeding quotas.
- Experience in the multifamily industry is strongly preferred.
- Self-disciplined, organized, and driven by goals and processes.
- Excellent communicator—both written and verbal.
- Proficient in sales automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Able to adapt and thrive in a fast-growth environment.
