Our SaaS platform brings operations, maintenance, and risk management into one powerful solution, enabling property managers and operators to proactively manage their portfolios with confidence.What You Will DoIn this role, you’ll take charge of the full sales cycle—prospecting, pitching, and closing deals—while strategically building relationships across the multifamily industry. You'll become a product expert and trusted advisor, using data-driven tools and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and deliver a seamless client experience.Responsibilities
  • Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound efforts (calls, emails, networking, social outreach, etc.).
  • Develop a deep understanding of Leonardo247’s solutions and the needs of multifamily industry clients.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
  • Use CRM tools to meticulously track outreach, pipeline development, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving client challenges.
Who You AreYou’re a relentless sales pro with a hunter mentality, always chasing the next big win and consistently crushing your B2B SaaS quotas. With deep industry insight, sharp communication skills, and a process-driven mindset, you thrive in fast-paced environments where adaptability and results matter most.Qualifications
  • Hunter mentality: You don’t wait for leads—you create them.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a strong track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Experience in the multifamily industry is strongly preferred.
  • Self-disciplined, organized, and driven by goals and processes.
  • Excellent communicator—both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in sales automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Able to adapt and thrive in a fast-growth environment.
