Operate and monitor plastic blow molding machines.
Assemble and position parts using templates and precise measurements.
Conduct visual inspections and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) to ensure product quality.
Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe working environment in compliance with company procedures and regulations.
Manage inventory of supplies, including ordering and verifying deliveries.
Complete accurate production documentation and forms.
Pack finished products for shipping or storage.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Prior experience in plastics manufacturing, specifically blow molding injection.
Proficiency in reading calipers and other measuring instruments.
Demonstrated skills in process inspection, product labeling, and packing.
Knowledge of quality control procedures and reject management.
Ability to read and interpret production forms and instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
Understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Excellent time management and organizational skills
