Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.Responsibilities:
  • Provide horizontal program support within the Chief Operating Officer (COO) team of the Employee Experience Technology (EET) organization within Global Technology
  • Provide support for our Risk function
  • Research non-performing risk metrics, create actionable plans to bring metrics into performance, resolve issues, source data, prepare periodic reporting, recommend process change, and other duties for the entire EET organization
  • Escalate risks with clear options for resolution
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Advanced/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint
  • Strong Data Analytics skills including the ability to use data to provide end to end data analysis, trend analysis, and use data and analytics to recommend future strategy
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication with executive presence and presentation skills
  • Ability to coordinate and influence cross functional teams and routines
  • Well organized and excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work well in a matrixed environment
  • Ability to decompose complex issues and drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input and when to act independently
  • Ability to work in team-oriented environment with strong aptitude to identify opportunities to improve overall performance efficiency and effectiveness
Desired skills:
  • Experience using RISE and GIS Dashboard
