Salt Lake City, UtahJob Description:
Passion for Drones and have recently graduated from college, this could be for you.. Would be putting your knowledge to practical use by performing in-depth drone assembly and testing of flight controllers, sensors, battery chargers, and other drone aerial functionality. Work closely with engineering groups and provide technical feedback to optimize current and future designs of drone products.Participate in design, manufacturing feedback during assembly. Share design and assembly challenges with engineers to help modify and improve manufacturing process. Make suggestions for improved tooling, drone fixtures, and manufacturing processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve design, quality testing, and production.Required Skills:
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing production principles
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or similar areas).
  • Desire or experience to work in a manufacturing environment and also participate in assembly, testing of high-tech production.
  • Experience performing assembly with small mechanical and electronic components
  • Experience or willingness to learn technical drawings, wiring schematics, and detailed instructions.
Bonus / Soft Skills
  • Soldering Experience for electrical components
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must get along with others and on a team.
  • Be comfortable with changing job priorities on occasion
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds during the day
