We are seeking an experienced Interim Director of Nursing (DON) to provide leadership and oversight of nursing operations in a long-term care setting. The DON is responsible for directing all nursing functions, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.Responsibilities:Oversee daily nursing department operations, staffing, and scheduling.Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.Develop, implement, and monitor patient care policies and procedures.Provide leadership, guidance, training, and mentorship to nursing staff.Collaborate with physicians, staff, residents, and families to support patient-centered care.Requirements:Active RN license in Oklahoma.Prior experience as a Director of Nursing or Nurse Manager in a long-term care facility.Proven leadership and organizational skills.Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance practices.
