Assembler I
Redmond WA:
Under general supervision, assembles components that may include sub-assemblies, manual components and electrical components and all other related components to contribute to completion of a variety of products. Adheres to safety, quality and quantity standards and follows directions and blueprints to meet product specifications.Essential Duties & Preferred Education:
High school diploma or GEDQualifications & Experience:
Ability to meet work schedule and meet overtime requirements, including weekends.
Ability to read and understand procedures, safety sheets, instructions, and policies in English.
Ability to carry out verbal instructions and communicate verbally in English.
Ability to adhere to safety related issues to include, but not limited to good housekeeping and ergonomics practices.
May be required to have workplace organization and follow training procedures. Including cross training and teamwork.
Repetitive nature stamina to do the work.
Attention to detail.
Safety and Quality: propensity to speak up when and if an issue occurs, notice it and bring it up.
Ability to learn new processes, systems and equipment.
Teamwork get along with others; work in a diverse setting; participate in getting better as a team, work with cross functional teams, conflict resolution

Requires ability to lift/carry 10-50 lbs. on a frequent basis depending on site and product line, may rarely lift/carry 50-75 lbs.
Job demands include prolonged stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing and/or crawling as appropriate.
May be required to reach, push or pull in order to accomplish job accountabilities.
Requires hand grasp ability.
Requires coordination of hands and/or eye/hand/foot.
