- Be the go-to expert for riders, helping them identify service needs and parts to keep their Harley-Davidson in peak condition.
- Deliver next-level customer service, making every rider feel like part of the H-D family.
- Partner with Service Technicians and other departments to make sure every repair and upgrade is completed with precision and care.
- Build trust by diagnosing concerns, explaining repair orders clearly, and setting accurate expectations for cost and completion time.
- Maximize opportunities by recommending service specials, upgrades, and additional work when it benefits the customer.
- Keep riders in the loop with friendly, timely status updates.
- Ensure smooth service operations by opening/closing work orders, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Stay sharp by completing Harley-Davidson training programs and keeping your knowledge current.
- A valid motorcycle license (endorsement required) and the skills to confidently handle a Harley-Davidson.
- A natural people-person with strong communication skills and a positive, friendly vibe.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in motorcycles, automotive, or a related industry (H-D knowledge a plus — passion required).
- Comfort with point-of-sale and service management software (or a quick learner eager to pick it up).
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Physical ability to safely maneuver heavyweight motorcycles (600+ lbs).
