- Perform a variety of tasks involving installation and rodent exclusion projects;
- Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed;
- Handyman and general repair as well as insulation, encapsulation and gutter installation;
- Responsible for staying within projected budget and completing paperwork at the end of the job;
- Perform termite bait installation and insulation replacement projects;
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have at least 1 years general carpentry experience
- Valid driver's license must be maintained through life of employment
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
- Constant walking, standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling, twisting, climbing on ladders and roofs, reaching overhead, and squeezing with both hands
- Install encapsulation in low light conditions
- Lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
- Able to work in all types of weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, sleet, hail, snow and ice
- Noise level in work environment is generally loud depending on worksite where assigned, such as in new construction, while vacuuming insulation, etc.
