  • LS1 (Not CLT Certified): $77,324+ annually ($50/hour)
  • LS2 (CLT Certified): $81,458–$93,600+ annually ($53–$60/hour)
As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you'll be part of a dedicated team delivering in-home chronic lymphedema care, not traditional home health. Compensation
  • Treatment Rate: LS1 (Not CLT Certified): $50/hour | LS2 (CLT Certified): $53–$60/hour
  • Non-Treatment Rate: $12/hour (for driving time, documentation, meetings, calls)
  • Documentation at Point-of-Care: Paid at treatment rate + 10 extra minutes/visit
  • Training/Onboarding: Paid at 50% treatment rate
  • Driving Reimbursement: Paid based on driving time
  • Sign-on Bonus: Available for CLT-certified PTAs with a 2-year commitment

Your Role as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
  • Deliver in-home lymphedema therapy under PT supervision
  • Implement customized treatment plans and monitor patient outcomes
  • Complete documentation and participate in team meetings
  • Maintain high clinical standards and follow infection control procedures
Qualifications
  • Active Florida PTA license
  • CLT certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • 1+ year home health experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and squat during treatments
