We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms, hallways, and common areas are clean, orderly, and welcoming. The ideal candidate will take pride in creating a positive guest experience through high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.Responsibilities:Clean and service guest rooms daily, including making beds, changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathroomsReplenish towels, toiletries, and other amenities according to hotel standardsMaintain cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, and other public areasReport any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items to management promptlyHandle guest requests or concerns in a friendly and professional mannerFollow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicalsEnsure carts, storage rooms, and supplies are organized and stockedWork collaboratively with the housekeeping and front desk teams to meet guest expectationsQualifications:Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience highly preferred but not requiredAbility to pass a drug screen and background checkStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyPositive attitude with excellent customer service skillsMust be able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, standing, and walking for extended periodsFlexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as neededWork Environment:Fast-paced hotel settingRegular interaction with guests and staffUse of cleaning equipment and supplies
