- Performs lube service on equipment as assigned - provides lubrication/greasing as needed, checks fluid levels as needed
- Performs minor repairs. Example: leaking hoses
- Assists in loading and unloading equipment
- Washes units before delivery when directed
- Cleans shop area as directed
- Assists other technicians as required
- Follows all safety rules and policies at all times
- Performs other duties as requested by the supervisor
- Is available for off-hour work, including spending nights out
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- One (1) year of similar work experience in a similar work environment
- Demonstrated basic mechanical knowledge covering oil changes
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Must have own basic tools
- Class B CDL Preferred
- Pushes/Pulls/Lifts/Carries up to 100 pounds without assistance
- Physical ability to squat, twist, turn, bend, stoop, climb, and reach overhead
- Must be able to work in extreme heat or cold and wet, damp, dusty, or windy conditions and tolerate exposure to typical noises, hazardous materials, and fumes/odors associated with the shop/field
- Physical ability to perform the job functions throughout an eight-hour workday
- Ability to adhere to personal protective equipment (PPE) policy and maintain individual PPE in a functional condition
