Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) is a leading-edge cybersecurity firm with a mission to safeguard and protect our customers from increasing threats and vulnerabilities in this digital age. Powered by TDI, is a first-of-its-kind solution designed to revolutionize how organizations manage cybersecurity performance through automated, continuous reporting. This lightweight yet powerful solution gives organizations unprecedented visibility into risk by delivering actionable insights into the effectiveness and consistency of their cybersecurity investments.
CnSight® is a modern microservice application with an existing CI/CD pipeline, but it requires focused technical leadership to bring it from shelf-ready to fully production-ready. The path forward will demand upgrading legacy components and libraries, addressing compliance and security engineering requirements, containerizing the product for scalable deployment, and rapidly developing new features. We embrace AI-assisted development as a strategic advantage, enabling a single skilled developer to accelerate modernization, reduce friction in code upgrades, and deliver higher-value features faster.RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Take full ownership of CnSight® development, modernization, and production-readiness.
  • Evaluate the existing codebase and make strategic decisions on upgrading vs. rebuilding, with AI-assisted development as a force multiplier.
  • Update and secure dependencies, libraries, and integrations to meet compliance standards.
  • Containerize the application for scalable and portable deployment (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Leverage AI-assisted coding and testing tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Codeium, Tabnine) to accelerate development, improve code quality, and streamline dependency upgrades.
  • Design and implement high-quality backend services in Go, with integrations into 3rd-party APIs.
  • Maintain and enhance frontend components in React/Redux.
  • Develop complex SQL queries and optimize data access patterns in PostgreSQL.
  • Strengthen CI/CD pipelines and implement automated testing to support rapid releases.
  • Proactively identify risks, communicate trade-offs, and resolve blockers independently.
  • Collaborate with product owner and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver on an aggressive timeline.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3+ years of experience as a Go developer in complex environments (microservices, REST APIs, Linux, CI/CD).
  • Strong experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and deploying secure, production-grade applications.
  • Hands-on React/Redux experience, plus strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and concurrency.
  • Proficiency in SQL with at least 1+ years of enterprise experience writing advanced queries (PostgreSQL preferred).
  • Ability to work independently, make architectural trade-offs, and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail, with a problem-solving mindset and willingness to leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Codeium, Tabnine, Replit Ghostwriter) as force multipliers.
  • U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (GC holder) (federal contract requirement).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Familiarity with compliance/security engineering best practices (FedRAMP, NIST, or similar).
  • Experience hardening systems for government or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted testing, automated code generation, or dependency upgrade frameworks.
  • Exposure to data warehouse-style architectures or performance reporting solutions.
  • Desire to grow into a technical leadership role as the product and team scale.
