Overview:This role will assist the Tactical Technical Team Hotel training department. Candidate should possess history of training on various different systems both manned and autonomous. Candidate should possess ability to analyze information in regards to experimental technology and work with cirriculum developer to create both practical and tactical employment trainings to be used with various military and civilian support units. This includes creating lesson plans, designing training exercises, and selecting appropriate training methods. Strong practical experience in military, law enforcement, or security operations is vital. Tactical trainers must be able to adjust their methods to suit various training settings and scenarios. Travel: Up to 15% Conus Clearance:An ACTIVE Secret Clearance is required for this position. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US Citizenship is required to obtain a clearance. Requirements:
  • FAA Part 107 certification

Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Prior military service in a combat MOS.
  • Prior experience with training military personnel.
  • Prior experience with curriculum development.
Education: A Bachelors degree from an accredited university is preferred. Compensation:Compensation at SimVentions is determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, education, training, security clearance, work location, skills, knowledge, and competencies, as well as alignment with our corporate compensation plan and contract specific requirements.The projected annual compensation range for this position is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 (USD). This estimate reflects the standard salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package that SimVentions offers.
