- Facilitating workshops and meetings to gather requirements, validating solutions, and presenting findings.
- Collaborating with technical teams to ensure developed solutions meet business and user requirements.
- Developing business cases that justify system enhancements and new capabilities.
- Establishing metrics and key performance indicators to measure the success of implemented systems.
- Providing guidance to project teams on requirements management best practices.
- Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic recommendations.
- This SETA role provides technical and programmatic support to government teams by translating mission needs into technical requirements, managing those requirements, and shaping strategic program direction. Responsibilities include contract support (SOWs, RFPs, cost proposals), performance monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and communicating complex concepts through reports, meetings, and senior-level briefings. The team ensures projects stay on track by overseeing cost, schedule, and performance.
- Experience formulating and defining systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of the business systems and industry requirements.
- Experience performing analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper requirements specifications.
- Experience providing consultation on complex projects and contributing to most phases of systems analysis, while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environments.
- Experience planning and managing the realization of benefits through the integration of new capabilities within business practices
- Defining the benefits that will realize the strategic objectives of the program.
- Experience maintaining focus on organizing and managing how time and resources are invested.
- Experience advising the PMO on whether the outputs and outcomes will lead to the realization of new business processes.
- Experience with optimizing the timing of the release of new deliverables into business operations.
- US Citizenship is required.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

- Compensation: $97,400 - $152,225
- Expert Level:

- Compensation: $129,700 - $202,675
- IC experience is highly desirable.
- Experience with having successfully demonstrated the ability to independently conduct the appropriate analysis to offer recommendations, solutions, and alternatives to resolve issues, concerns, problems, or methods.
- Experience in establishing strong working relationships with program managers as well as organization leadership; tracking task order efforts to rapidly identify and resolve potential and new problems; and identifying and resolving administrative and contractual issues related to a support services contract.
- Ability to solve problems in a rapidly changing environment, and interface with customers directly.
- Strong understanding of intelligence disciplines, methodologies, and the intelligence cycle.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and team environment.

The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
