My client is an established general contractor/developer located in Kansas City. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager that has experience managing commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, and mid/high rise projects.
  • Overseeing scheduling, budgets, documentation, etc. of project from beginning to end
  • Ability to hire, train, develop and manage a team of Project Managers by providing intentional and proactive leadership
  • Oversee the management of successful construction projects
  • Prepare and analyze bids
  • Preparing reports on construction progress and cost for clients
  • Be client-facing and maintain the client relationship
  • Negotiate, award, and administer all subcontractors, purchase orders, and change orders on construction projects
  • Travel to job site 1-2 days a week

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering preferred but not required
  • Experience on mid to large size projects
  • 5+ years of experience preferred
  • Ability to hire, train, and develop a team of Project Managers
  • Preconstruction experience
  • Proficient in ProCore, Bluebeam, CMIC preferred
  • Interpersonal communication
  • Ability to adapt to ensure project success
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects
