We're looking for a skilled CMM Programmer to for a first shift posistion. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating programs for coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to ensure accurate inspection of precision components. The ideal candidate can interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and 3D models, while also determining any required tooling or fixturing. You'll also be responsible for writing clear setup instructions and developing inspection documents to support the CMM process.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement CMM programs using PC-DMIS softwareReview part designs, models, and engineering drawings to plan inspection processesCreate in-process inspection sheets and work instructionsEnsure compliance with GD&T requirementsSupport first article and in-process inspections, particularly in aerospace applicationsRequirements:Minimum 5 years of recent experience programming CMMs using PC-DMISStrong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)Familiarity with 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling machinesAbility to work from both CAD models and 2D technical drawingsAt least 3 years of experience inspecting aerospace components preferredBachelor's degree is a plusPrior machining experience (5 years preferred)Excellent multitasking skillsReliable, self-driven, and detail-orientedApply Now for Immediate Consideration!!#LI-TM1
